HOT SWEET CHILLI SAUCE

Red-hot and irresistibly sticky sweet, this sauce drips with a venomously citric tang. We harnessed the distinct flavors of Rocoto and 7pot Congo peppers and blended them with the fizzy, sherbet- like kick from blood oranges, and fresh turmeric root to create a one-of-a-kind potion, Snake Oil.

For this sauce we collaborated with our friends at Grey Meta, one of the UK’s ruffest esoteric electronic music labels. A joining of the minds over smoke, BBQ and banging beats. Together we hatched a plan to create the perfect sweet chilli sauce. More than just sweet… twisted with a burning heat, drizzled with fruity flavours and paired with a smorgasbord of our own distorted rhythms.

Sugar, Distilled Vinegar (from Barley), Sicilian Blood Orange Juice, Sweet Peppers, Grapefruit Segments (calcium chloride), Chillies (Rocoto, 7pot Congo), Grapefruit Juice, Sea Salt, Turmeric Root, Xanthan Gum, Ginger Root, Khoo’s Chipotle Blend.
