Ingredients: Coconut vinegar, sugar, green peppers, rice vinegar, coconut water, lime juice, chillies (Thai, Carbonero, Bhut Jolokia), spring onion, fresh ginger, Thai basil, garlic, salt, Lemongrass Paste (lemongrass, water, rapeseed oil, salt, sugar, citric acid, cornflour), lime leaves, fresh coriander leaf, xanthan gum, pandan powder, ground coriander, lime oil.
