Ingredients

  • 6 Chicken Thighs

Marinade

  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Khoo's Super Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Minced Ginger
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt

Glaze

  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 4 tbsp Khoo's Super Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper course

Garnish

  • 1 tsp Red Chilli finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Chives finely chopped

Instructions

  • Combine all the marinade ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the chicken thighs, ensure that they are covered throughly with marinade. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
  • Preheat the oven to 160℃. Combine all glaze ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Place the thighs skin side up on a wire rack tray, brush thoroughly with glaze and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Take thighs out of the oven, brush with glaze again and return for another 20 minutes.
  • Take thighs out of the oven, brush with glaze again and return for 30 minutes at 140℃
  • Remove from oven, garnish and serve.
